The FitBeast Feasts: Brownie Overnight Protein Oatmeal

I've never understood the concept of dessert for breakfast. Doughnuts. Crazy high in sugar cereals. Coffee cake.  That's dessert people!  That's not okay.  Not in my book, at least.  But what I can get behind are brownies for breakfast when they're in the form of this mouth watering overnight oatmeal recipe from Bodybuilding.com!


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup nonfat, plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetend cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 packets stevia or Splenda
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/8 cup whey chocolate protein powder

DIRECTIONS

1. In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together
2. Divide between two small bowls, mugs, or glass jars
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight so that the oats soften and absorb the liquid
4. Enjoy cold or microwave 30-60 seconds to enjoy warm!
