waist not want not

i'm weird.  i'm probably one of man women who wish they didn't have curves.  i'm not some sultry hour-glass shaped woman.  i'm pear shaped.  it's a curse.  big hips and bum.  the plus side is having a slim waist.  i try to draw focus to the smallest part of my body, my waist, with what i wear, but to help it stay trim and slim, core exercises are a must.

the wonderful tracy anderson (i've written about here before) has an easy routine that you can squeeze into 6 minutes and then squeeze into those skinny jeans.

eat clean.  live lean.  live better.  live longer.
