it takes time

you getting out of shape, losing muscle mass, or putting on however many pounds didn't happen over night.  don't forget that.  it happened over time.  it's going to take time, a lot of sweat, commitment, and oh-so-worth-it hard work.  give it 12 weeks.  then give it more.  commit to changing your life and make healthy choices part of every day.

don't quit.

eat clean.  live lean.  live better.  live longer.
